Los Alamos MDMC Workshop
Impacting Risk, Cost and Quality with Materials Information Management
This workshop took place during the MDMC Meeting

Location: Research Park Building, 4200 West Jemez Road, Los
Alamos, New Mexico, USA.
Delegates from several leading commercial aerospace organizations
located in the southern and western USA joined engineers from Los Alamos
and Sandia National Laboratories at the latest MDMC workshop in Los Alamos.
They heard a series of presentations from members of the Consortium,
who were at Los Alamos to attend the latest meeting of the MDMC (see
separate news item ). These presentations
covered the use of the Consortium software, GRANTA MI, in practical engineering
situations, describing the benefits of materials information management
to organizations such as NASA and LANL.
